Kel grew up on a farm in East Tennessee where he learned all about being a good neighbor from his parents and his grandfather. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2011 and eventually moved to Decatur in 2013. Kel began his insurance career with the John Oxford Agency in 2014 and has enjoyed serving the insurance needs of the community ever since. Kel enjoys spending time enjoying nature, watching and playing sports, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
